This type of retirement is given after you have contributed for at least 15, 20 or 25 years in an unhealthy or dangerous situation. With the Pension Reform, you must have a minimum age:

a) 55 (fifty-five) years of age, in the case of a special activity with 15 (fifteen) years of contribution;

b) 58 (fifty-eight) years of age, in the case of a special activity with 20 (twenty) years of contribution; or

c) 60 (sixty) years of age, in the case of a special activity with 25 (twenty-five) years of contribution.

An important tip is to see if you completed these years as unhealthy by 11/13/2019, as the minimum age was not required on that date.

Examples of professions that may qualify: chemists, health professionals, mechanics, security guards, electrical workers, industries with excessive noise, truck and bus drivers, collectors, etc.
