Retirement based on contribution time, today called programmed retirement, is granted to insured people who are 65 years of age and have 20 years of contribution, if a man, or 62 years of age and 15 years of contribution, if a woman. These requirements are required after 11/13/2019, that is, with the Pension Reform.

However, if you have already been contributing to the INSS for a long time, you should check your right as follows: Before 11/13/2019, men were required to have 35 years of contribution time; and for women 30 years of contribution time, with no minimum age, however, the social security factor applied.
