FGTS deposits
Every month, the employer must deposit the FGTS into each employee's linked account. Even faced with such an obligation, there are companies that do not make such a deposit.
Often the worker does not seek to find out whether such deposits are being made and when terminating the employment contract he or she is unpleasantly surprised to see his or her balance with a value lower than what was owed to him or her.
A right that many employees are not aware of: if the company does not pay FGTS deposits, the employee can request indirect termination of the contract (which is nothing more than “giving a just cause” to the company).
